Man, I do not mind seeing 177 for three days. I'm eating a little more right now. It seems my body his these craving stages on a long cut but instead of binging I'm just raising my calorie intake. It seems to be working. Oh.... a spider.
80,3 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 3,6 kg.    Sisa: 0,9 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
