Same as yesterday, nothing much done in terms of exercise. I was working from home and since there was a thunderstorm I didn't even go out for a walk. I also had way too many Jello-Os and this morning basically no ketosis. I have to be more diligent today...I've gym class #1
60,2 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 1,7 kg.    Sisa: 7,9 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
