I'd have loved more of a loss as I feel as though I deserve it - been an angel this week. But it was a 6 day week. And I, again, didn't eat enough and was lacking fibre.
I made it a 6 day week because my birthday celebrations start tonight...lots of wine and some carbs coming my way....Next weeks weigh in will be depressing. But I'm excited for the celebrations :D
