This week I didn’t walk before work because of the time change allergies family stuff. I was just exhausted. My body needed the rest. And I lose this week… The days I walk before work and I gain weight while eating 1500 calories wtf?

This week Still eating 1500 calories and I lost weight by sitting on my butt 🤬🤬🤬
