Last few days I've been doing OMAD (one meal a day). Didn't start that way on purpose, but flu gave me no appetite, and I only wanted the one meal. Now I'm stretching it and purposely only having one meal. I really like my life not revolving around food, and I'm surprised that I'm not hungry. It is actually very liberating.
83,0 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 7,7 kg.    Sisa: 19,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

I did OMAD for a long time. Still do occasionally. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure you are getting adequate calories and protein while following an OMAD protocol so you don’t end up losing more lean mass than fat mass, as well as minimizing downward adaptation of metabolic rate. I am just done eating my first meal of the day and my stomach is churning. It is definitely my illness that is dictating my eating right now. If I plan on doing it long term or even occasionally in the future, I will definitely follow an OMAD protocol. Right now, it seems everything I eat makes me sick to my stomach and it is a struggle.
