Despite my 54 mile (87 km) bike ride on Sunday, working out 3 - 5 times per week... I still ate myself to a few pounds gain. I am actually down from my "undocumented" weight over the past few weeks... Moral of the story, you can't exercise enough to lose weight or even maintain your weight... You MUST monitor and control the intake!!! Losing ground, but I KNOW how to get back to my goal weight...

Memperoleh 0,2 kg dalam 1 minggu

You're right, it's a balance between intake/exercise. If you're like me the exercise is actually the easier part, keeping calories consumed in check requires more discipline and control. Have a great day, let's work on getting to our goals.
