I thought sure that BBQ chicken I had from the supermarket deli would balloon me...
I have a brace fitting tomorrow, called an "unloader brace" it's suppose to take some of the pressure of the knee I guess and help with the pain...guess I'll see what happens. Next month starts the joint shots to lubricate the knee that's also suppose to help, I think they have to go through these steps before jumping into surgery...I've been lie this since '11, I suppose a few more months I can tolerate.
Coming up on my dad's first anniversary of his passing (24th), mom's was Christmas day. I really feeling the empty void...
Been resisting the urge to pain/loneliness/stress/emotional eat, since that's what got me into into trouble to begin with...but it getting hard.
I think broken, single and alone is not good for me.
