Well the weekend is almost done and I am always pretty good on a Sunday, it’s the Friday and Saturday which are usually my downfall. I am really happy to have maintained weight even though I had a few drinks and cake. We did go on a 10km coastal walk which I am sure helped burn those calories. We are going for a sea swim today which will get that metabolism going and then I might chop a load of to fill the wood store. Every movement we do is exercise and am keeping active.
