Getting closer to my goal. I need to start adding back in acceptable foods to my diet. I'm a little anxious to leave the austerity of Phase I, since I've been successful. It seems that people continue to lose with Phase II (or Phase I.2), particularly when they include frequent exercise. More motivation to keep exercising then.

You're having great success, I bet that you'll be fine to reintroduce some other foods. Moderation has been key for me, just doing a little bit at a time. And the exercise is also key, of course. I'm sure you can do it!

Exercise is Definately important in phase 2. It's so easy to add back in too many of the foods we've been missing! With summer here, it's easier to add in some fruits instead of bread. Fruit has soooo many benefits for a healthy diet, so I'd give that a try first! good luck!
