Hi everyone ….. mentally am not doing great … so I decided to have normal food no restriction I will loose like I lost the (10 kgs ) feeling depressed so that’s when I know it’s not good for me will have the one meal and liquids at night …. It will work but slow & steady …. Wish me luck
75 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 10 kg.    Sisa: 5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Do what works for you. There is no one size fits all diet. You have not failed if someone elses diet doesn't work for you. Hugs.
