haven't been able to exercise this week cuz of my back pain, so happy i still lost... only 2 lbs. but i will take it... :)
155,6 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 5,0 kg.    Sisa: 83,0 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Take a loss in any form Victoria. Two pounds down, is two pounds down; & down is good!!! Way to hang tough with a hurt back. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

Truth is, 90% of weigh loss has to do with diet and only 10% with exercise. I have some friends have recently lost 70 lbs each and haven't stepped foot in a gym. Now, certainly exercise has it's place in building lean muscle and building your metabolism, but keep eating right and you will continue to lose fat. Keep up the great work!!
