What a waste after losing 22kg on fat secret in 2022.
Another year, another chance, started again.
107,6 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 0 kg.    Sisa: 8,6 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

3331 kkal Lemak: 147,56g | Prot: 145,98g | Karb: 281,75g.   Makan Pagi: Latte Coffee, Ouma Buttermilk Rusks (Chunky). Makan Siang: Sparkling Wine, Woolworths Smoked Pork Rashers, Cucumber, Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls , Beef Chuck (Shoulder Clod, Top Blade Steak, Trimmed to 0 cm Fat, Select Grade) , Chicken Skewers, Woolworths Thin Traditional Boerewors. Makan Malam: Passion-Fruit (Granadilla, Purple), Simba Salt & Vinegar Chips (36g), Chicken Skewers, Woolworths Traditional Boerewors. Camilan/Lainnya: Nescafe Cappuccino Reduced Sugar, Manhattan Sour Worms, Simba Salt & Vinegar Chips (36g), Energade Sports Drink, Flanagan's Kettle Fried Chips , Apricots , Mango. lagi...

At least you only got 9 and a bit and you're back at it to tackle the problem! I gained everything back, so I am right there with you!

Try portioning. Watch Ilmee Mintz on FB for more info but it's basically the following: PER PLATE: 1 Cup veggies, 1/2 cup healthy carbs; 2/3 protein; 2 TBS salad dressing/sauce per day; 1/4 cup fat per day. One meal per week you can swop your 1/2 cuphealthy carb for 1/2 cup treat 😋

Hi Suzette, I beg to differ on this conventional “diet” as every person differs and this is just a rule of thumb diet. You need to personalise your diet to suit your macro nutritional values required. 2 to 3 fruits a day is also not right as what fruits do they suggest? As most fruits have large amounts of sugar and if not used will turn to fat, this is a broad spectrum diet that people think works and it may with some good exercise every day, other than that it’s conditioned to make you eat less that’s all! I hope this is helpful.

I did the Ilmee Mintz way of eating for 3 days and kept my calorie intake under 1200 calories per day. I'm doing the Daniel Fast now

Sorry, I kept my daily calorie count less than 1800 cal per day (not 1 200)
