DAMN<DAMN<DAMN....I should know better than to eat late in the evening, EVERY time, I gain! by the time I got done and home I threw together some left overs (8:30-9pm) and scarfed, instead I should of just done up my protein shake and small salad...(I use soymilk and musslemilk 100 lowfat mix, it's only 4 carb per scoop but 25 protein!)...going to get scolded by doc at this evenings weigh-in.
