I'm actually having fun this time with my diet. I switched it up a little. I'm not JUST doing WW Points. I'm watching my calories too which is really easy. It seems like I can eat a lot more with it. And the points are never over 20 a day. I also did the Jillian Michaels video on On Demand last night. I really really liked it! I'm so used to running on the treadmill every night and then working out after. This did both at the same time. Cardio and weights...who knew?
