Being home wasn't a good thing yesterday for my weight chart. I ate too much. Yes, I still had a deficit but I ate way too much for trying to get down to 180 or below. Life goes on and so does my journey. I am still in the range ... barely ... but I am there. Let's see what I can do for the rest of the week. Time to get SERIOUS.
I can't remember what is on my calendar for today. I'm sure I am busy. I almost always am. I'm not going to lose focus or beat up on myself. It is what it is and today is another day. If I have learned anything through this process it is that how I feel about myself has the BIGGEST impact. So, here's to another day, another opportunity to be kind to myself, another opportunity to embrace LIFE.
