Addendum: I hate seeing red and orange. My plan was to change it at 182 anyway. Green and blue make me feel satisfied. I'm not satisfied. I'm this way in real life too. I love to start new things that other people aren't doing, it's my thing, but finishing is not my strong suit. Better to be in the red and motivated than in the green and feel like there's nothing to work toward. Just me.

I notice when I sometimes lose weight I get more lazy. Its bad and I have to try and avoid this but it happens. The red does motivate you to change.. But you seem to be doing great! Green is color for go! Keep going!
