well, considering I worked out only on Sat and Mon this week, I'm happy with losing a pound! I also think that the lower I go, the more difficult it'll b to lose pounds. the real challenge will b next week while in philly. getting up b4 training is not realistic due to the time change, so it'll have to b at the end of the day. I'll do my best to work out at least once! thrilled that the 30s are soooo close!
