Hi everyone miserable weather yes taking mum to the dentist yes …. Financial stress yes but am so very happy another lovely drop … slow & steady …. Am very very pleased with the way am losing eating everything within (1000-1200 cal ) fasting minimum of 16 hours and moving around inside the house …. It seems to work so far today vegetable stir fry meat in black bean sauce and steamed. Rice yum then maybe something small later on … thank you everyone for your support xxx

My lovely Morticia, Addams am really feeling blessed despite all else happy was able to buy a few treats for later on … fasting till ( 5.30pm) 18h Second meal is even better 😊😋😉

Horrible weather, had 2 glasses of malbec and no food lol home to homemade soup though. I hate busy weeks, no time to eat between jobs so end up eating crap just to get some fuel to keep going

Thank you Nadia ♥ Another 12 hour day but came home to a beautiful homemade chicken soup with crusty bread & apple strudel with soy ice cream. Small portions but stuffed now. Only getting 1 meal a day at the moment
