I went on a YOLO adventure. I didn't bomb my diet, but I wasn't careful. The adventure ended in a major disappointment, and I had a huge mexican feast and alcoholic beverage last night.

Today is a new day - physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Don't you just love the fact that each day can bring us renewed hope and a fresh start? As someone wrote the other day, "can you make it through just today?" I keep that thought in mind and find that I don't have to have as many fresh beginnings either. Your attitude is perfect and I am sure that you will do well. Happy Easter!
