Hello everyone …. Hope all is well in this cold Gray Monday afternoon am still over my head with paper work .. and other issues weight wise am so very happy didn’t sleep well had two appointments one done waiting now to see someone lots of forms etc …
Fasting 18 hours and having 1000 cal daily or a bit under …seems to work so far eating everything small portions am invited out for dinner very casual … as soon as am done will head there …. Sending you all much love ❤️
83 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2 kg.    Sisa: 13 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

you are doing so well especially with everything else you are managing!!! i did a17 hour fast for first time but only because so hungry at teatime yesterday i couldnt wait longer than 430.!!!

My darlings Morticia & jenni Fasting gets a bit of getting used too but now think finally found something that works for me …. Really proud almost 2 kgs in five days 😊 am Happy mentally because I get to eat everything I desire in small portions … so it doesn’t feel like a diet & don’t feel deprived of anything … my life revolves around food … that’s the truth so now it’s working for me I used to fast without calorie counting didn’t work now it’s 1000 cal daily 🤞💪😉 exercise whenever possible …. Thank u for your support x

I do I.F. I reduced my carb intake yesterday even more and the hunger was gone but only lost. 0.2 ounces. I count calories, carbs, protein, and fiber chiefly. Get my 10,000 steps in a day.

I'm just sat in the dentist, just for a check up I'm terrified of this place, so on fs for a min to calm the nerves xx
