1,5 year therapy with my nutritionist/psychologist in order to get rid off my compulsive bad eating habits. Shall have a look on how strong I have become in my choices and eating habits. Most importantly I am not using chips, ice cream, chocolate and alcohol as a methods to make me feel back comfortable anymore!
I do not want to make sports like crazy and then start hating it. Very slow pace and gently to myself, i have learned to appreciate myself in each weight.
