I was stunned this am to see a big drop! I have weight in today at WW. I'm excited I've gained a lot of momentum. I have a girls wine night tonight and than a birthday party tommorow which is an appetizer party. I will try filling up on fruits/veggies for both prior and limit the booze to one glass. I'll be the DD and that will keep me from drinking.
