Ok, I'm still weighing every morning & posting it. That is a difficult habit to stop, so as long as I feel good about it I am going to do it. Once I stall or the #s or .#s "creep" up or down, I might go to the process of still weighing every day (noting it in my journal entry) but only posting my average weight at the end of the week. I had class yesterday and I knew there would be temptations so I packed my lunch. I wasn't sure if I felt 'ok' about eating my brought lunch rather than their supplied lunch, but I figured I would tackle that challenge once it was time. Turns out they had some foods that are on my woe! Of course they had the "other" stuff also and it was a bit difficult to pass by the yummy looking (& smelling, seems my sense of smell has increased) cookies but I DID IT! That helped me go on to 'build' on that willpower for the rest of the day. I had to stop at the grocery store and also pass many fast food places, but I was able to say 'no' quietly to myself :-) so yesterday was a good day and planning on making today another good day! I will be going to a community event that may have snacks & 'treats'. I won't be able to bring my woe-foods but I am planning of staying strong and keep on keeping on!
