I have been slacking in the recording but not in the diet or exercise. Eating well....exercising regularly through biking, jogging and zumba! All is good in my world!

Down 16% of my body weight and now in yellow! I see today as a great day! New colour, less weight and positive thoughts! Gonna work toward a duathon next July! 3km run 12km ride and 3km run to finish! Excited at the thought.
