Wow! What a dog I have. I had a snack of roast beef last night and chewed out the gristle and left it with whatever remnants of meat was still attached to it on the edge of the couch. (Yeah. Give me a break. I'm a guy. I usually do.) When I got up in the morning, my free range puppy had left it all there! I was astonished. I brought it into the kitech, so she wouldn't see it had come off the plate, gave her her medicine, and then gave her those bitsys. So impressed. 6 Months.
She is doing very well. I'm considering taking the top off her on Friday. Sometimes she goes for the wound and I just say her name. She instantly stops and puts her head down. The top covers all but the bottom of the incision point.
Weight holding. Plateau? I'll give it a week. If it doesn't drop in the mean time, I'll do another 40 hour fast.
