20. I ate more yesterday. I was hungrier. Weekend too. Thank God, I did not go up. Declined a glass of wine, as I realized wine can trigger the sugar cravings big time. Too bad. I always enjoy a glass of wine. Later..:-) Take care and enjoy the next snow fall... I have friends in Denmark who send me spring flower pictures....for crying out loud.
