Dropped my daily to around 1100 calories a day. I pulled a muscle in my chest so it has made weight training impossible and rigorous walking painful from the flex in chest breathing. I am powering through and hopeful this is the right path. I'm starting to notice excess skin which has me a little worried but I guess I will address that after my goal is reached. I on the prize!
