Ok. CLEARLY I cannot eat out often or there was more salt in what I ate than I realized. It will come off but COME ON. Oh well. Today is another day. Adding more water to flush out whatever and will try to get active more today.

Need to find out whether Dad is starting today or tomorrow to come South for his trip. Still need to clean and make his bed but did decide to leave the leaves for him. At least I did my laundry yesterday so that's one less thing to have to accomplish.

****Ended up teaching a couple colleagues some coding stuff and had more company in 6 hours than I've had in here since I moved in. As it is now 730 pm, I'm really not hungry but I am thirsty so I'll skip dinner at this point and eat a bit earlier tomorrow if I'm hungry. Need to get back into my schoolwork but all I want to do is take a nap!
