Well I didn't get back on a good woe June 1 like I hoped, but I'm here today so I will take it one day and sometimes one moment at a time. I can make excuses and say I was under stress last week, had alot of access to the wrong snacks for me, which I did indulge in and didn't plan meals/snacks that are easy on the go (I was working off site). But then again those are EXCUSES and I could have handled it all differently. But NOW is NOW and I need to move on. I know I'm good now and plan to be good today. Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & take care to ALL :-)
