You are doing brilliantly. Don't get disheartened, its normal for weight loss to slow down the closer you get to target. I am tempted to say just keep doing what you are doing, but, on the other hand, sometimes a change gives the weightloss process a wee boost.

Thanks Anne, definitely needed to hear that today! 🥰Not sure why progress has slowed down and all week I’ve been so good, with not a huge result. Can be a bit deflating! I definitely think things slow down the more weight you lose. Here’s to a good week ahead for the both of us! ✌🏼
