Two Christmases and abdominal surgery in January later, I'm 1 stone 7 heavier again. It's OK, I understand and forgive myself, but it's really difficult being surrounded in supermarkets and by people holding things like ice creams. Smelling amazing smells emanating from Indian takeaways, and really and truly - I cannot eat those things anymore. The issue is they all taste and smell sooo good.... urrrgh. Yes I know I can buy a diet ready meal curry, and make my own fruit lollies, not the same.... That's my bug bear, if I were able to exercise right now I would, I'm still not fully recovered from the hideous op. I'll get there though, I must employ my iron will again, I will appreciate the results 🙄
