Wow. The old bod is doing some unexpected things. This is after a 3300 calories re-feed yesterday, nearly 200% my cut calories. Very pleased.

Today, I go back to holding the reigns tight.
85,6 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 3,9 kg.    Sisa: 3,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
