Thanks to FS, I understand how many calories I take in on a regular basis. I haven't used this app in a month to see if I can stick to a plan without it. It seems I can maintain weight with the new habits I formed whole using it. Now, I'm back on, and I'm going on a push to lose the last few pounds. wish me luck!

I am in the same situation. I am at goal weight and am continuing to use FS for the rest of May. In June, I am going to go off FS for the month and see how I do without tracking my food to see if I as you say the "new habits" can maintain them.

I definitely make better food choices using the app. Something about writing down "chocolate cake" deters me from eating it 😏
