Well I weighed this morning and gained just a tiny bit and not enough to change from 142. It's more like 142.5. Can't say I am not a little upset. Not just from the work yesterday ( which I am glad I did ) but it's still that damn 142 I can't seem to get passed.
Going to give it another week and see what happens but it makes me think the thyroid is not the problem and I may never get passed this.
Going to try not to get to worked up about it or it may just make this next week miserable. Just kinda numb right now and not sure what to think or do.
I know I sounds dramatic but you have to remember last tim I worked over five month with no progress and I just don't want to go through that again.
67,6 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 4,5 kg.    Sisa: 6,4 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
