You can get back on plan! Keep looking food - Get rid of crap and chemical ladden foods like pop-tarts and creamer. Go clean and more pure. You'll shave off carbs and calories and your body will be much happier. Think of sugar as an inflammatory evil that feeds disease and wreaks havoc.
