Definitely felt like I half-assed it though my workout today. Kinda feel defeated....I kept thinking about having dinner.
I did skip my pre-workout shake that I usually have on my strength training days...maybe that made a difference in my energy levels.
82,1 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 0 kg.    Sisa: 2,8 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
