14 weeks pregnant. up 6 lbs total

unable to work out for three more weeks due to doctors orders with my knee. Will begin working out and walking/jogging once I can.

Don't want to gain to much unnecessary weight!!! Ob says between 32-40lbs total for me. Need to cut back on processed foods and sugar. As things are gone in my house I will stop buying them. (easier said then done!)

65,3 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 8,6 kg.    Sisa: 2,7 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

I'm 5 weeks behind you in the Pregnancy journey and have a similar mindset. You don't have to loose what you don't gain. Though I'm fine with putting on all I need to I'm determined not to let this journey become an excuse to binge! Keep up the good work. :)

Be careful with your workouts as you progress. Your body will start to produce a hormon called relaxan which prepares your body for giving birth, hence making your joints more flexible. Just take it easy please :)
