Finally. Back down to normal. Now to push it forward. I am not done. Got a weigh-in I need to win on 2/1 :) I was able to gift the ham to a friend who's going through a hard time so that was even better. Her family will be able to use it and it will be a blessing.
I only did a 10 minute walk yesterday but I did get out. I ended up spending more time than I had thought I would on school stuff. Brain stopped working about 9pm and I went to bed. There was a point where I was thinking, what have I gotten myself into?? But it's only week 2 and there's just lots to learn. My brain hasn't been used this way in 25+ years. It's growing connections lol.
Food yesterday was spot-on even with a lunch with my friend at the old job. Brought my lunch (chicken and broccoli) and dinner was good too. Just need to up the physical activity now. Finding the balance...
