About half a stone off since Last weigh in three months ago. Nearly at my target weight of 190 lb. not too bad considering excesses over Christmas. Looking forward to longer days and better weather. I need to get out and do more exercise. The current weather pattern keeps me indoors at home and sat at my computer at work.
