1 hour of yoga today. Giving blisters on feet a rest. I get blisters way to easily. I only walked 1 hour yesterday, 2.5 miles and had blisters on the toes of both feet. I may need to buy stock in bandaids... or maybe my feet will toughen up. That would be good.

Is it your shoes giving you blisters? Do you wear colored socks? If so you may be reacting to the dyes.
