I’m not where I want to be but thanks be to God I’m not where I used to be. 🏃🏼♀️ Exercise day 36 of daily movement - this shows me that I can’t out train a bad diet. My life coach says: feel your feelings instead of eating something to numb out. Time to get the diet in line too. My why: - We deserve food that heal our bodies. - Food and cooking can be a daily creative joy! - Cooking methods, habits, taste and texture preferences established now will serve my girls well when they grow up one day and have to choose and cook for themselves. - It’s who I am. - God created herbs and fruit and veggies and flavor and wine 🍷
