July 1st and it's a Friday, it's finally Friday!!!! I have some errands, appointments at the D.M.V., dentist appointment and will make a few business telephone calls and then the weekend is all mine:) With some time management, creative thinking for the hurdles and distractions that that come along on this life journey I am developing plans B and C.
The last couple of days have been excellent as I am keeping my eye on the TARGET and focusing in on what it is that I am wanting. Bottom line is that I want to smile and laugh often and to feel good more often than not.
p.s I went swimming last night and this morning my body is thanking me. I woke up feeling wonderful as my joints in my body have loosened up, especially around my shoulders and neck and I am not feeling so up-tight:)
