Pounds dropping off as I am now 100% on
liquid protein shakes.
Will have gastric sleeves surgery in two weeks.
Feeling OK about the surgery, however have been
battling "the regrets" OR the "what ifs"
In other words, why in the world didn't I "get with the program
twenty years ago.
However, a Christian motivational speaker once said,
We cannot hope for a better past...so I am trying just to
let the past worry about the past while I move FORWARD.
