well, at -5.2 down, I guess I'm in it for good. I changed my entire lifestyle around the changes to come. I drink cold brew tea and kombucha instead of energy drinks. I drink my coffee exactly the same as usual, which is with just milk. I have grains, cheese, meat, carbs, vegetables, etc. and I pair it with diet ginger ale. on weekends, I drink one night. we have 750ml of beer each. usually craft beer. gotta enjoy the weekend... exercised a bit but was sick for a long time, so it was hard to go to the gym. I also went back too early and fried my lungs. now that they've recovered some more, I imagine I can go back to that gym. I got a scale and measuring spoons. They bring my allot of peace of mind.
