Metabolism ...body really does not need what maybe two years ago , I could. I stayed Keto plus alternate day - full fast. So the short answer to your question is...I do not know. But I stay the same goal of getting back to the ultimate WITHOUT any panic. Just noting must be my metabolisml So , just for today, I will carry on. 💕
