on the 2nd week of phase 1--I am surprised that once I finally decided to do this IT WORKS. Why don't I stick with it? I have faced the scale(the dreaded beast) that I have avoided like the plague. That was by far the hardest thing to do to get started. Numbers don't lie, but their power over me has diminished quickly as I took them on face to face. I have to learn to make better choices when confronted with temptation. I have been calling on the name of the Lord my God to help me when I find myself loitering around in the kitchen. This time around it has really helped me and the Holy Spirit has empowered me to be successful. Praise God. I have not been on here for over 2 years...hard to believe it's been that long. I have fought this battle my whole life and I need to win the war this time not just a battle here and there. God has given me the victory through the blood of Christ Jesus! Lord, help me to walk in that victory each and every day.
