huh. i didn't gain any weight since the last weigh in. very surprising considering halloween. we bought lots of candy and got zero trick or treaters. then yesterday was a tea party themed baby shower. lots of baked goods, that we baked from scratch: biscotti, scones, cup cakes and tea cookies. also a batch of bakery made cookies and a small layer cake. there were also several types of petite sandwiches but the only ones i ate were the cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches. probably ate 10 of them over the course of the shower. oh yeah, there was a fruit salada in a watermelon carved like a baby carriage and the most delicious macaroni salad with black olives and celery. of course there was the hot tea but sweetened with honey still on the comb and a decantor of sweet tea. it was fun and delicious.
