Am doing partial omad and excersicing (mainly lifting and basic workouts 4-5 days a week after work. Am always past a caloric deficit. Eating 600-1000 calories a day. Drink water only per day and only low carb diet. 20-40 grams of protein to maintain muscle growth. Woke up to loosing 2-3 pounds more. Very happy but not satifisfied.
