My hike this weekend was more of a stroll, BUT, it was with a friend that I hadn't been able to hang out with in a while and it was a very enjoyable day. Only got on my bike one day, but that was better than nothing. I don't remember what I did the 3rd day. Don't know what I will do when the weather gets cold. May have to get most of my exercise indoors. Exercise is so important to keeping my wt down and staying strong. It's hard to get on my machine after a long day at work. I gotta make myself do it! I feel so much better when I do and I have a lot less aches and pains. Hope everyone else had a good week. I haven't been able to get on here for about a week to see peoples progress.
