I've been doing good the last few days with eating and exercise. My friend who has 40 lbs to lose started on South Beach as recommended by her doctor, so it got me reading that again and inspired to watch the amts of useless carbs I eat and focus again on whole, real foods and less on sugary stuff, etc. It's pretty much what I've been doing all along but it just got my head clearer again and thinking in that direction.
I've done weights twice this week so far, ran, walked, biked and elliptical for just Monday and Tuesday. Tonight I will head to the gym again either to try the boot camp class or the zumba class which I heard is really fun. My belly is back to looking pretty flat and I am feeling slimmed down again. For me the difference b/w being 135/136 to 139/140 looks so different. It is for me the feeling of going from thin to fat in those 3-4 lbs.
Well, the kids have playdates today so I will be shopping for a new camera and groceries and maybe a few clearance racks by myself today! I will check in with you later! Make it a great day!
